MASK, PLEASE!
Masks are REQUIRED at every appointment setting until further notice, unless you are eating and/or drinking mask should be covering BOTH MOUTH AND NOSE. This applies to both children and adults.
DEPOSITS!!
To secure desired appointment date and time, $`15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due to cash app $SwinkdByWink at the time of booking. Deposit is applied to service fee.
FEELING SICK???
Temperatures will be monitored upon arrival. If temperatures are elevated, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Please take everyone's health into consideration and stay home.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Same day appointments are available only if stylist schedule permits this to be done. There is a $15 same day fee that applies in addition to service cost.
CLEAN HAIR IS A MUST
Shampoo services are NOT offered at this time. Please show up with hair shampooed, detangled and free from any product.
LATE SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
If you show 15 Mins after appointment start time, YOU ARE LATE AND DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED unless communicated otherwise. Please be respectful of everyone's time.
24-hr notice is required for all appointment cancellations. In case of emergencies deposits will be transferred to future date case by case basis.
2 NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS = BANNED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
NO SAME DAY CHANGES.
There will be no changes made to hairstyle after services has been booked. Please communicate desired style before the day of appointment.
NO EXTRAS
No extra people, unless they are also being serviced.
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you're unhappy or feel as if there is something I could have done to make your experience better, please communicate and give me a chance to make things right.
