To cancel or reschedule appointment please give 24 hr notice. If 24 hr notice is not possible (i.e emergencies) deposit may be transferred to another available appointment date and time on a case by case basis. Communication is key!! If 15 minutes late appointment is CANCELED and deposit is forfeited unless otherwise communicated between myself and client.
